DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL HOSPITALITY / EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER | HAMPTONS

A highly private family is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee housekeeping operations and residential service standards across multiple luxury residences.

This is primarily a leadership and quality-control role, not a traditional hands-on housekeeping position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Leading, mentoring, and scheduling the housekeeping team
• Maintaining exceptional five-star residential standards
• Quality control and guest readiness
• Household inventories and organization
• Creating procedures, checklists, and service standards
• Vendor coordination and property-related support
• Preparing residences for principals, guests, and entertaining

Ideal backgrounds include private estates, luxury hotels/resorts, yachts, clubs, or UHNW residences with demonstrated team leadership.

Potential housing/housing stipend available.
