A warm, proactive Nanny / Family Assistant is needed for a private family in Austin with a 3-year-old and a newborn. The ideal candidate is organized, nurturing, and comfortable supporting both childcare and light household needs. This role requires approximately 25% travel and collaboration with an established household team.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and create engaging routines for the children

• Transport children to activities and outings

• Assist with research and scheduling for activities, schools, and programs

• Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed

• Assist with children’s laundry, organization, packing, and light meal prep

• Support general household flow, errands, and occasional dog care

• Maintain organized spaces and communicate closely with the household team

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Valid passport and ability to travel

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Ability to pass background and driving checks

Typical Schedule
Minimum 40 hours per week (schedule may vary across weekdays/weekends depending on family needs).
