The Opportunity

We are seeking a sophisticated, world-class Major Domo to oversee a premier, architecturally significant estate in the heart of San Francisco. This is not merely a management role; it is a position for a refined "Specialist" who acts as the cultural and operational heartbeat of a high-profile UHNW residence. Serving as a key liaison to a sophisticated Family Office, you will ensure the home operates with the precision of a five-star boutique hotel while maintaining the warmth and discretion of a private sanctuary.

 

The Role

As the principal face of the residence, you will lead a dedicated domestic team of approximately ten professionals. While the Family Office handles broader logistics, you are the master of the "on-site" experience.

 

A central focus of this role is the orchestration of frequent, high-stakes entertaining. You will oversee dinner parties for up to 20 guests, often hosting heads of state, global dignitaries, and icons of industry. You must possess the poise to navigate these events with impeccable grace, ensuring that service is seamless, traditional, and of the highest caliber.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-end estates or UHNW residences.
• US Passport or vaild Green Card only 
• Verbally varifiable references 
• A background that reflects cultural depth and intellectual rigor.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for the smallest aesthetic details.
• The ability to remain calm and professional under the pressure of high-protocol events.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive annual gross of circa $175,000 to $225,000 DOE
