Live-Out House Manager/Cook/Driver – Chelsea, London – ASAP Start

A busy UHNW family based in Chelsea is seeking a highly capable and flexible House Manager/Cook/Driver to oversee the smooth running of their household.

Highlights

• Start: ASAP
• Location: Chelsea, London (with regular travel to the family's country residence and occasional international travel)
• Working hours: 5.5 days a week (weekends essential when family are in residence). Mon – Fri when family is not residence (normally working 11am to 9pm)
• Salary: £65,000 gross per annum

Overview

This is a varied, hands-on role combining household management, family cooking, driving, property oversight, and dog care.

Working alongside two full-time Housekeepers and liaising closely with the family PA, you will become a trusted member of the household team, ensuring the family's homes and lifestyle run seamlessly.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Preparing fresh, healthy family meals and occasional dinner parties
• Driving family members, children, and the family dog as required
• Running household errands and grocery shopping
• Walking and caring for the family dog
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance providers
• Overseeing the upkeep of the properties, gardens, and swimming pool
• Assisting with household administration and coordinating with the family PA
• Accompanying the family to their country residence near Gloucestershire on weekends (overnight accommodation provided on site) 
• Occasional international travel with the family, including Europe and Africa
• Ensuring the homes remain well-maintained, organised, and ready for family use

Key Criteria

• 3+ years’ experience in a House Manager, Cook, Driver, or all-rounder household role
• Clean drivers licence
• Dog-friendly
