A private UHNW residence is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess/Steward or Stewardess/Steward to join an established household team. This is an excellent opportunity for a yachting professional looking to transition shoreside while continuing to deliver exceptional white-glove service in a luxury private environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable presentation and cleanliness throughout the residence
• Provide elevated food and beverage service, including table setting, meal service, and event support
• Work collaboratively with a professional household team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Uphold the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous yachting experience required
• Strong housekeeping and service experience in luxury environments
• Polished, proactive, and team-oriented with a hospitality-first mindset
• Experience supporting UHNW individuals or families is highly preferred
