Housekeeper – Palm Beach Island (Full-Time, 5 Days/Week)

A private family on Palm Beach Island is seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented housekeeper to support the seamless upkeep of a beautifully maintained home. The ideal candidate brings a refined sense of order, discretion, and pride in creating an environment that is both pristine and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Ensure all living spaces are impeccably cared for and consistently guest-ready
• Thoughtfully organize closets, pantries, and storage areas with precision and aesthetic care
• Oversee laundry and wardrobe management, including delicate care, steaming, and proper storage
• Assist with daily household operations and routines to ensure a smoothly run home
• Support seasonal transitions, including holiday décor, entertaining preparation, and special occasions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a private residence or estate environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational instincts
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional with a service-oriented mindset

Schedule: 5 days per week
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience
