We are working with a family in the Palm Beach area seeking a Chief Stewardess transitioning into a land-based role, or a candidate with a blend of yachting and land-based experience, for a House Manager position.
This is a full-time, live-out role, typically Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $110K–$130K, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have prior Chief Stewardess (yachting) experience, along with experience in land-based house management. This role requires someone who is highly service-oriented, detail-focused, hands-on, and able to work independently. The property is used seasonally by multiple principals, so discretion, organization, and adaptability are key.
Requirements:
• Proven Chief Stewardess experience in yachting
• Preferably prior land-based House Manager experience
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a property independently
• Must be local to the Palm Beach area
