We are a first-time family in Boca Raton expecting our baby in November and are looking for an experienced, nurturing Baby Nurse (Newborn Care Specialist) to join us for the first 3–4 weeks after our child arrives.

We are a down-to-earth, humble, and family-oriented couple who have spent years hoping and planning for this moment. We are looking for someone who will not only provide exceptional newborn care, but also help us feel confident as new parents during those precious first weeks.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who truly loves newborns and enjoys supporting families through one of life's most exciting transitions.

Position Details

• Location: Boca Raton, FL

• Start: November 2026 (exact dates to be determined)

• Duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks

• Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: We anticipate 24-hour support during the first one to two weeks, followed by overnight support for the remaining weeks. We are happy to discuss scheduling with the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert newborn care and guidance.

• Establish healthy feeding, sleeping, and soothing routines.

• Assist with diapering, bathing, swaddling, and overall infant hygiene.

• Monitor baby's well-being and communicate any concerns.

• Sterilize bottles and pump parts, prepare bottles, and maintain feeding supplies.

• Wash and organize the baby's laundry, nursery, and belongings.

• Support parents with education, encouragement, and confidence-building as first-time dads.

• Help create a calm, peaceful, and organized environment during the newborn period.

• Follow safe sleep practices and current newborn care recommendations.
