We are looking for a professional, polished, experienced DOR for a private Los Angeles client. The perfect person will not be a clock watcher and be able to get the job done each day and each week. We need someone who can manage and execute operations for 3 LA residences and who's comfortable traveling to other properties nationwide. This role is complex and it involves hands on work for the family and for the households that are fully staffed and intricate. The ideal person has a no task too big or too small attitude as this is a very personal role while also being a manager. Work week expectations are Monday-Friday, working 10-8 most days. There is the need to travel a few times each year to other properties and occasionally shift working hours earlier or later as needed to coordinate with other staff. We need someone who truly enjoys what they do and who can shift and pivot as there are a lot of moving parts in this role and in these households. Someone who is used to navigating and working with different personalties and who can understand boundaries and communication.
