Director of Residence

Long time Cass and Company client seeking an experienced Director of Residence to oversee operations across

multiple luxury homes. Director will ensure that each property is maintained to five start standards, staffed, and 

guest ready at all times. Director will lead household teams, manage vendors, coordinate projects, and maintain

exceptional service protocols across all properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and long term planning for multiple residences
• Lead, train, hire, and support a team of household staff, ensuring consistent service standards
• Manage vendors and maintain relationships, oversee contractors and capital projects
• Implement systems for property readiness and protocols and preventative maintenance
• Maintain budgets and reporting to family office
• Coordinate family travel between homes ensuring seamless arrivals and departures
• Owners representative
• uphold strict confidentiality and UHNW discretion

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years managing luxury private residences.
• Proven success overseeing multi-property operations
• strong project management and facilities oversight experience
• expertise in UHNW service standards
• Ability to build and maintain systems
• Exceptional communication, discretion and professional boundary management
• Tech savvy, experience with household management software
• Household accounting
• Family office interfacing
• Flexible, polished, and able to maintain composure under pressure
• Team player
• Background in facilities management or senior estate management experience a plus
