Position Overview
A warm, detail-oriented, and proactive Housekeeper is needed for a large, semi-formal home; may include additional properties in the future. This role requires someone highly organized, adaptable, and a true team player who takes pride in maintaining a well-run home. The ideal candidate is kind, caring, and low-ego, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to assist with various household responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously maintain the home's cleanliness, organization, and tidiness
- Execute deep cleaning and special projects with precision and efficiency
- Occasionally prep for & assist team w/ events and gatherings
- Manage laundry and wardrobe care, ironing and fabric maintenance
- Maintain household plants and occasional furniture movement
- May support in receiving and greeting visitors & vendors onsite
- Ensure a calm, quiet, and professional presence at all times, especially when Principals are home
- Comfortably work around and assist with basic care for the household dog as needed
- Light errands as needed
