We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced chef with a background in prestigious restaurants to work 4-5 days per week in a private household in New York.
The principals have historically employed chefs from outstanding restaurant backgrounds and are seeking someone capable of operating at a similarly high level on a day-to-day basis.
The client’s preferred cuisine leans towards refined Asian influences, with a preference for Korean or Chinese flavours complemented by strong classical training. The role offers the opportunity to maintain world-class culinary standards while enjoying a more balanced lifestyle.
Ideal candidates would have:
- Michelin-starred or leading contemporary restaurant experience
- Contemporary Asian kitchen backgrounds
- Strong technical foundations and creativity
- Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability within a private home
