Stylist/Concierge

 

Our client who is an established American family with a single-family office in Palm Beach, FL, has created a new role for a sophisticated Stylist and Lifestyle-focused person. This role will provide highly personalized lifestyle and concierge support to an executive couple and their grown children.

 

Our client has a track record of very long-term employees; we have worked for this client for 25 years.

 

The ideal candidate is warm, intelligent, stylish, well-traveled, and appreciates understated elegance. They will bring excellent judgment, impeccable follow-through, and a service mindset that aligns well with a family that values discretion, humility, and hard work.

 

Responsibilities

 

This role will serve as the family’s trusted lifestyle resource and air-traffic controller - curating getaway weekends, luxury travel, and family vacations; managing invitations, guest lists, seating plans, stationery, thank-you notes, sympathy acknowledgments, and floral arrangements; sourcing elegant hostess gifts; and coordinating memorable intimate dinners as well as small and large-scale gatherings. The right person will know the best of everything in major cities, cultivate top-tier contacts, and have the judgment and persistence to secure hard-to-get reservations and exclusive access when needed.

 

Qualifications

 

  • You have significant experience as a top tier event planner, 5-star hotel concierge, stylist, or related role
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter. You know how to figure it out or find it!
  • You understand both what is cutting edge and what is tried and true.
  • You are anticipatory by nature and possess exceptional written/verbal communication skills.
  • You are gracious, have impeccable taste, and a strong sense of etiquette.
  • You are comfortable handling confidential matters, coordinating across multiple vendors and cities, and representing the family with discretion and sophistication.
  • A well-developed network of trusted contacts and resources is highly valued.

 

 

 

Schedule

  • Generally, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • The Family Office in Palm Beach, FL. There are business offices in several major cities including Chicago, NYC, and LA. The family is open to discussion about the right candidate working from one of those offices and has a strong preference for this person to be in the Palm Beach FO full-time or regularly.
  • Ability to travel
  • Flexibility to offer support after hours and on weekends is integral to success in this role

 

Compensation

  • Annual base salary of $175,000- $225,000, commensurate with experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Excellent benefits package includes (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick days, 6 paid holidays)
  • Relocation package available for the right person
