Job Opportunity: Private Housekeeper/Houseman UHNW Family – Pasadena, California

A prominent Ultra High-Net-Worth family in Pasadena is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy Full-Time Private Housekeeper/Houseman to maintain their beautiful estate to the highest standards. This is a rare opportunity to join a respected private household that values loyalty, excellence, and long-term relationships.

Position Overview

This is a prestigious live-out position for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service in a private residence. The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced working in luxury homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily deep cleaning and maintenance of the entire home (including fine furnishings, artwork, crystal, silver, and high-end surfaces)
• Maintain impeccable organization and presentation of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
• Laundry, ironing, and garment care (including delicate and designer clothing)
• Kitchen organization 
• Manage household inventory and assist with ordering of cleaning supplies and household goods
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events and houseguests
• Run errands and handle special projects as needed
• Work collaboratively with other household staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a private housekeeper in high-end or UHNW homes
• Flexibility with schedule (early mornings/evenings and occasional weekends may be required
• Excellent references from previous private families (will be thoroughly checked)
• High attention to detail and strong standards of cleanliness
• Discretion, integrity, and professionalism are non-negotiable
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Flexibility with schedule (early mornings/evenings and occasional weekends may be required)
• Experience driving a Sprinter Van is a huge plus but NOT a requirement.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Competitive compensation package: commensurate with experience and qualifications
