Busy family with school aged children are seeking a seasoned House Manager/Executive Personal Assistant to help support their busy lives. This role will require someone with the ability to be versatile and hands-on and provide key support as a gatekeeper for Principals personal and business related day to day needs. Duties include but are not limited to: - Setting and managing the principals schedule. - Organizing travel. - Running errands. - Keeping track of bills, due dates, and payments. - Keeping track of provisioning for the home and stocking of personal items. - Scheduling and sourcing the best vendors and contractors as needed for various repairs or projects at the estate. Client is seeking an outstanding, high-energy, extremely capable and resourceful individual to provide full time executive support. This person will provide full support to principal assuring the smooth running business matters as well as assist in some personal matter as needed, travel arrangements, appointments scheduling, all calendar management etc. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, comfortable handling a wide range of tasks on a daily basis and offering support to other staff members if needed in the home or office. As well as being very sharp, bight, energetic, proactive, possess outstanding organizational skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, exceptional organization and time management skills, a "no job too small" and flexible schedule. The principal needs someone efficient, not overly chatty with principals or staff during work hours. The principal's schedule is tight and his time is valuable, so it's important the candidate is capable of having a somewhat formal and concise way of communicating.
