Private Driver / Executive Chauffeur

Winner’s CRCL LLC is seeking a highly professional, reliable, and discreet Private Driver / Executive Chauffeur to support a high-profile executive team in Austin, Texas. This role requires exceptional judgment, flexibility, strong communication skills, and experience operating luxury Sprinter vans and other larger vehicles safely and confidently.

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both business and personal transportation needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives, family members, guests, and team members to meetings, appointments, events, airports, and other destinations
• Operate luxury Sprinter vans and larger executive vehicles confidently in both city and highway settings
• Provide transportation support on a structured weekly schedule, with additional availability as needed
• Assist with business and personal errands, including deliveries, pickups, vehicle servicing, and miscellaneous support tasks for the Bloom office.
• Maintain vehicles in pristine condition at all times, including:
• Interior and exterior cleanliness
• Fuel management
• Routine maintenance coordination
• Monitoring vehicle performance and service needs
• Coordinate routes and timing to ensure punctual arrivals and efficient transportation logistics
• Exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding principals, schedules, residences, conversations, and business matters
• Communicate professionally with executives, household staff, office teams, vendors, and guests
• Adapt to shifting schedules and last-minute changes with professionalism and flexibility

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Austin, TX
• Prior experience as a private driver, executive chauffeur, or similar high-touch driving role
• Demonstrated experience driving Sprinter vans, large SUVs, and/or other oversized luxury vehicles
• Clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of Austin and surrounding areas
• Comfortable with early mornings, evenings, and schedule flexibility as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Strong sense of discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, executives, or private families
• Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance and logistics
• Familiarity with airport procedures, executive travel coordination, and event transportation
• Defensive driving or chauffeur certification is a plus

Position Details

• Austin, TX based
• Combination of scheduled driving days weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and on-call/as-needed support
