FULL-TIME ROTATIONAL NANNY  · Private Family · Sunny Isles Beach, Florida

POSITION OVERVIEW

A distinguished private family in Sunny Isles Beach seeks an exceptional, career-level Nanny to support a newborn arrived in May 2026. This is a fully staffed, well-run household defined by clear structure, elevated standards, and a calm, purposeful environment.

This family places learning at the center of everything they do. They are looking for a Nanny who does not simply care for a child — they are looking for a thoughtful educator and developmental partner. The ideal candidate brings not only deep newborn expertise and emotional steadiness, but a genuine philosophy about how young children learn, develop, and build a relationship with knowledge from their earliest days.

The right person is composed, highly experienced, deeply curious about child development, and able to translate that curiosity into intentional, joyful daily interactions. They arrive with a clear teaching approach, a background in early childhood education or equivalent formal training, and a track record of weaving literacy, language, sensory exploration, and emergent learning into the fabric of everyday care.

Reading & Literacy Support

  • Maintains an organized, accessible book environment in the child's space

Team Coordination

  • Executive presence and experience working with high-profile or UHNW families is a plus
  • Integrates education and learning into daily caregiving as a core value, not an afterthought

Character & Presence

  • Deeply calm, steady, and emotionally regulated — a grounding presence in the home
  • No nervous energy, no over-talking, no chaos; operates with quiet confidence and professional ease
  • Intellectually curious and genuinely engaged with child development — this work is a calling, not just a career
  • Warm, nurturing, and attuned — builds secure attachment while maintaining clear professional boundaries

  • Strong communicator who respects household systems, follows direction, and contributes meaningfully to the team
  • Discreet, polished, and professional at all times — exercises mature judgment in a private home environment
