Discreet, polished professional to manage a private home and the principal’s personal life. This is hands-on household and personal assistance in a residence — calendar, vendors, errands, driving, presence in the house. 24/7 mindset within a defined schedule; not stationed on call around the clock.

Schedule
Live-in Monday morning through Wednesday night.
Other work days are typically Friday, plus one weekend day as needed.
Evenings arise. Days off can shift.

The work

• Run the home from inside it: vendors, repairs, supplies, standards, daily operations
• Personal assistance: errands, appointments, correspondence, travel, follow-through
• Own projects start to finish without being managed
• Drive the principal
• Comfortable with dogs in the home
• Cooking: simple healthy meals expected; full chef-level cooking is how compensation moves to the top of the range

Required

• Direct experience in a private household or as a personal assistant to a principal (home, family office supporting the person, or similar). State the household or principal, dates, and what you owned.
• 7+ years in that kind of work
• Self-directed, calm, discreet, polished
• Warm, composed presence in a private home
• Live-in Monday–Wednesday
• Based in Los Angeles; Westside strongly preferred
• Valid license and clean driving record

Pay
$115,000–$140,000 W-2.
Base of the range is household + personal assistance. The higher end is for candidates who are also a strong private chef (daily cooking, menus, grocery, dietary follow-through — not occasional simple meals). At-will. Paid trial days before a start date.
