Schedule: Monday to Friday 38 Hours Per Week

We are seeking on behalf of our returning agency client a highly experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their household team and oversee the daily care and presentation of two residences in Santa Monica and Malibu. The ideal candidate is a polished, detail-oriented professional with strong private service experience who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, organized, and impeccably presented home. The Executive Housekeeper will report directly to the Estate Manager and work collaboratively with the household team to support the family's needs.
Residences
- Santa Monica: 12,000-square-foot private residence
- Malibu: 3,000-square-foot secondary residence
When the family is in residence at the Malibu residence, the Housekeeper will work from the Malibu residence each day. Additional compensation will be provided for days worked at the Malibu residence.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily housekeeping and ongoing care
- Perform laundry, including care of fine garments, linens, and specialty fabrics
- Complete linen changes and bed preparation
- Maintain all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens to exceptional standards
- Organize closets, storage areas, and household supplies
- Ensure residences remain polished, orderly, and guest-ready at all times
- Communicate household needs and updates to the Estate Manager
A professional cleaning service provides regularly scheduled deep cleaning; this role focuses on daily maintenance, organization, and the continued exceptional presentation of the homes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of private household housekeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of fine finishes, furnishings, fabrics, and proper care techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from the Estate Manager
- Professional, discreet, reliable, and service-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
