Full-Time Nanny for Loving, Active and Healthy Family with Three Young Children
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: TBD, we are working on deciding whether this role will be split with another nanny, or if this will be a sole nanny role (flexibility is required)
Start Date: Flexible
Compensation: DOE, + benefits (after 90-day trail period)
Position Overview:
A prominent, fun and welcoming family is seeking a dependable, energetic, enthusiastic and experienced full-time nanny to help care for our three young children—ages 2, 4, 6 with a new baby due later this year. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, organized, proactive, energetic, and flexible, with a genuine love for working with young children. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and is comfortable juggling the varying needs of a busy household.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for our 2-year-old and fun and positive activities for the 2 older boys when you are with them (older children attend school most mornings)
- Light meal prep during mornings when it is just the baby(s)
- Assist with morning routines
- Prepare simple meals/snacks for the children
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children (e.g., tidying toys and play areas, children’s office area, children's dishes, etc.)
- Maintain open communication with the parents and other household staff, and actively work together as team
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience caring for young children (infant through early childhood)
- Experience and ability to handle multiples is a must
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Must be willing to travel with family, if needed
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- A proactive, patient, and kind personality
- Someone who isn't afraid to take charge in order to maintain the safetly of three young children
