Position Overview

We are working with a Principal who is seeking an exceptionally capable Executive & Personal Assistant to support a dynamic household and executive lifestyle. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, household operations, and family logistics, requiring a professional who can seamlessly move between business priorities and personal responsibilities with discretion, confidence, and calm authority.

The household operates with a fast-paced, high-expectation rhythm, balanced by a warm, informal communication style and a strong desire for order, preparation, and reduced reactivity. The successful candidate will be proactive, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized—someone who naturally anticipates needs, closes loops, and creates clarity where complexity exists. This is not a narrowly defined role; it is a trusted, integrated position for a professional who thrives behind the scenes while being critical to daily success.

  • 8-10 years in an EA/PA role (not remote)
  • Non-Smoker
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Capable of passing an extensive background check and BAI interview
  • Ability to identify issues and address them independently
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal (English & Spanish strongly preferred)
  • High level of discretion, loyalty, integrity, and honesty
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, principals, or high-functioning families.
  • Strong calendar, scheduling, travel, and logistics management skills.
  • Comfort managing both professional and personal information with care and confidentiality.
  • Emotional intelligence and sound judgment in nuanced, high-trust environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail) and task or documentation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly during transitions, relocations, or role handovers.

  • Provide primary day-to-day executive and personal support to the Principal, with a strong focus on calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate closely with an external executive assistant or support partners to manage shared schedules, joint commitments, and cross-calendar logistics.
  • Manage all business and personal travel planning, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Track priorities, open loops, deadlines, and commitments across business, household, and family domains to ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between the household and an established concierge service handling property systems, maintenance, and vendors.
  • Oversee day-to-day household operations, including vendor coordination, service scheduling, deliveries, and on-site follow-up when needed.
  • Manage family logistics, including school calendars, forms, deadlines, activities, camps, transportation, and child-related schedule changes.
  • Handle personal administration such as appointments, reservations, gifting, errands, memberships, and special occasions.
  • Maintain and update household manuals, preference lists, routines, and operational documentation to support continuity and long-term success.
  • Support transitions such as relocations, staffing changes, or onboarding into new routines and systems.
Success in this role is demonstrated by:
  • A household and professional life that feels calmer, organized, and proactively managed.
  • Clear, timely communication and a high level of trust in delegated responsibilities.
  • Anticipation of needs rather than last-minute problem solving.
  • Consistent reliability, discretion, and emotionally intelligent execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role primarily supports Mrs. and will coordinate closely with the Mr's EA
  • The role is primarily weekday, daytime, with occasional evening or weekend coordination tied to travel or transitions.
  • Flexibility is essential, particularly during periods of higher intensity or change.
  • This position is well-suited for a professional who values service, ownership, and long-term partnership over rigid role boundaries.

  • Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching
  • Ability to negotiate a multi-story house with stairs
