Experienced Personal Driver For Executive and Partner

Location: Mill Valley & San Francisco (The Presidio), CA

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee. Company vehicle provided

Schedule: Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (With on-call flexibility; most weekends free)

We are representing an executive in seeking a professional, highly reliable, and polished Personal Driver with 2–5 years of executive or private estate driving experience. This role provides dedicated, high-touch transportation support for a Principal and their partner, split daily between a residence in Mill Valley and his office in the Presidio.

The ideal candidate maintains a flawless driving record, possesses deep familiarity with Marin County and San Francisco routes, and understands the nuances of high-level private service—including absolute discretion, punctuality, and a formal presentation.

Experience Requirements

2–5 years of professional driving experience (e.g., private estate chauffeur, executive protection, or high-end corporate black car service).

Qualifications

• Local Knowledge: Expert familiarity with the North Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge corridor, and San Francisco traffic patterns.

• Professional Presence: Must dress nicely (sharp, professional attire) and exhibit excellent manners, boundary awareness, and a service-oriented mindset.

• Driving Record: Flawless DMV record

• Reliability: Exceptional punctuality is a strict requirement for the 8:00 AM morning launch.

• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check, reference check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Morning Executive Commute: Prompt 8:00 AM pickup at the Mill Valley residence to drive the Principal to the office in the Presidio.

• Midday Residence & Family Support: Return to the Mill Valley house to provide dedicated driving support for the Principal’s partner (managing daily errands, work transport, appointments, and logistics).

• Afternoon/Evening Commute: Manage the return commute from the Presidio office back to Mill Valley, generally wrapping up the day around 6:00 PM.

• Presentation & Protocol: Provide a seamless, premium experience—including opening doors for passengers, assisting with bags or luggage, and maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance.

• Vehicle Care: Oversee daily vehicle maintenance, fueling/charging, and detailing so the vehicle is always immaculate and guest-ready.
