Full-Time Houseman / Household Assistant?Nashville, TN | Local Candidates Only
Hudson Staffing is assisting a wonderful family in Nashville seeking a full-time, live-out Houseman/Household Assistant to help maintain their private residence. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organized, resourceful, and enjoys keeping a home running smoothly while working alongside a full-time housekeeper.
Responsibilities include:
• General household upkeep, tidying, organizing, and making beds
• Household errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office, returns, etc.)
• Laundry assistance (washing, drying, folding, steaming, hanging, and organizing)
• Light household maintenance (changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, assembling small furniture, hanging artwork, moving furniture, and other household projects)
• Assisting lifting 75 pounds
• Helping with entertaining, setting tables, food service, and preparing the home for guests
Schedule & Compensation:
• Monday–Friday
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and light travel
• $35–$40 per hour
Requirements:
• Must be local to the Nashville area
• Able to lift furniture and heavy boxes
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Extensive verifiable household experience and excellent references
• Willing to undergo a comprehensive background screening
