We are seeking a highly capable, sharp, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support a Principal across both business and personal matters.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys variety throughout the year. The position is structured around 30 weeks on-site/traveling with the Principal, 18 weeks remote, and 4 weeks of leave annually. The role is U.S. and Eurpoe based with frequent international travel. Primary locations include Miami, San Francisco, and Central America, with frequent international travel required. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the United States.

This is not a traditional 9–5 administrative role. We are looking for someone who operates with a strong sense of ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures that every detail is handled seamlessly.

You will serve as a trusted right hand, helping maintain organization, focus, and efficiency in fast-paced and often evolving environments.

  • Prepare documents, briefings, and reports

  • Maintain structure and organization across multiple moving parts
