Our client is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of multiple private residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of maintenance and outdoor responsibilities, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a private, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Assist with general repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal projects.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, including lawn care and general groundskeeping.
• Help care for household vehicles and equipment.
• Run occasional errands and assist with other property-related tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure the homes are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, landscaping, or property care experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a private environment.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availability as needed.
