This is a hands-on, service-forward role for someone who can keep the residence running smoothly, anticipate needs, manage household details, support the principal’s day-to-day requests, and serve as a trusted point of contact for staff, vendors, building personnel, and outside service providers.

This role is best suited for someone with a strong private-service, luxury hospitality, concierge, personal assistant, or household management background. The position requires excellent communication, sharp follow-through, discretion, and a true “no task too small” mindset.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point person for the Miami Beach residence.

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the home is clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.

  • Maintain high household standards across all living areas, service areas, storage spaces, closets, and back-of-house areas.

  • Track household needs, supplies, inventories, repairs, and service items.

  • Ensure the residence is properly prepared for arrivals, departures, guests, holidays, and events.

  • Maintain household manuals, vendor lists, checklists, service notes, warranties, and important property records.

  • Coordinate errands, reservations, appointments, deliveries, gifting, returns, and local arrangements.

  • Help manage household calendars, guest schedules, service appointments, and personal logistics.

  • Anticipate principal preferences and ensure details are handled proactively.

  • Assist with special projects, organization projects, and lifestyle-related requests.

  • Provide regular updates and follow-through on open items.

Staff, Vendor & Building Coordination

  • Liaise with household staff, building staff, vendors, contractors, service providers, and outside advisors.

  • Schedule and supervise vendors, repairs, installations, deliveries, and appointments.

  • Manage vendor access, instructions, follow-up, estimates, invoices, and quality control.

  • Ensure household staff and service providers are aligned on priorities and standards.

  • Support staff communication, task tracking, and day-to-day coordination.

Property & Maintenance Oversight

  • Identify household maintenance issues before they become larger problems.

  • Coordinate repairs for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, appliances, security, AV, Wi-Fi, smart home systems, and general household needs.

  • Troubleshoot basic household and technology issues directly when appropriate.

  • Work with contractors and vendors on repairs, upgrades, punch lists, and small projects.

  • Support occasional oversight of additional properties, including remote coordination and domestic travel as needed.

Smart Home & Technology Support

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for smart home, AV, lighting, Wi-Fi, security, and household technology.

  • Coordinate with outside technicians for larger technical issues.

  • Comfort with systems such as Control4, Lutron, Sonos, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.

  • Maintain organized notes for systems, passwords, manuals, vendor contacts, and service schedules.

Events & Guest Readiness

  • Assist with small private gatherings, dinners, events, and guest visits.

  • Coordinate vendors, deliveries, setup, breakdown, staff instructions, and household readiness.

  • Ensure guest areas are properly prepared, stocked, and presented.

  • Handle last-minute requests calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a private household, luxury residence, family office, concierge, hospitality, personal assistant, or high-end service role.

  • Polished, discreet, calm under pressure, and highly service-minded.

  • Strong judgment and respect for privacy and confidentiality.

  • Comfortable with hands-on support and a “no task too small” approach.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

  • U.S. passport required.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
