A busy, welcoming family in Notting Hill, London seek a fabulous live-out, full-time houseman/maintenance all-rounder/driver who can start towards the end of May.  The usual schedule will be 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional longer hours needed.  Flexibility would therefore be appreciated.  

• Overseeing contractors and maintenance staff
• Driving the principal, ensure the safety and comfort of passengers
• Repairs within the property
• Maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles
• Running errands, collecting items, light grocery shopping
• Being on call for alarms and ad hoc emergencies
• Reporting maintenance issues
• When the family is not in residence, the following duties are added:
  • Silver polishing
  • Household inventories
  • Overseeing art handling and deliveries
  • Help with the overall upkeep of the property and its contents
  • Checking house systems are working correctly

• A good level of fitness - the home has 5 flights of stairs!
