Job Description

A private family of three, comprising two adults and one child, is looking for a professional Live-in Chauffeur to join their household in Dubai South.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, punctual and discreet transportation for the family while ensuring the household vehicle is maintained to an excellent standard.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced private driver who is familiar with Dubai’s roads, neighbourhoods and traffic conditions and is confident driving large SUVs.

The family is looking for someone dependable, well-presented and flexible, with a strong commitment to safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

The Chauffeur will be responsible for:

  • Providing safe and comfortable transportation for the family to school, work, appointments, social engagements and other destinations.
  • Planning journeys efficiently and allowing for Dubai’s traffic conditions.
  • Remaining flexible and responding professionally to changes in the family’s daily schedule.
  • Keeping the family vehicle clean, presentable and ready for use at all times.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is regularly fuelled and checking its general condition.
  • Arranging servicing, maintenance and periodic inspections when required.
  • Monitoring vehicle maintenance requirements and addressing issues promptly.
  • Keeping accurate records of journeys, fuel consumption and vehicle condition.
  • Assisting with occasional household-related driving duties, including collections, deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Ensuring passengers’ safety, comfort and privacy at all times.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least five years of professional private driving experience.
  • Previous experience working as a family chauffeur or private driver.
  • Proven confidence driving large and luxury SUVs such as Toyota Land Cruiser, Chevrolet Tahoe or Cadillac Escalade.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s roads, districts and traffic patterns.
  • A valid UAE driving licence and a clean driving history.
  • Good spoken English.
  • A polished, professional and respectful manner.
  • Excellent punctuality and reliability.
  • Strong discretion and an understanding of confidentiality within a private household.
  • A calm and safety-conscious approach to driving.
  • The flexibility to accommodate occasional changes to the family’s schedule.

  • Location: Dubai South, United Arab Emirates
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Accommodation: Live-in accommodation provided
  • Schedule: 6 days per week
  • Annual Leave: Paid annual leave
  • Benefits: Visa and medical insurance provided
  • Household: Family of two adults and one child; no pets
  • Start Date: ASAP

Salary

From AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
