Lovely couple is seeking a full-time, live-out Property Manager/Handyman to care for two homes in West Palm Beach, FL. Ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized. Responsibilities include but are not limited to walking the properties to identify issues and fix as much as possible before contacting vendors, performing general handyman tasks and minor repairs, sourcing and coordinating with vendors, ensuring work is properly completed, maintaining the tools and basic supplies needed for routine household repairs, power-washing, keeping exterior areas, storage spaces, utility areas, garages, and service areas orderly, developing and managing a preventive-maintenance schedule for home systems, monitoring generator maintenance, testing, and fuel levels where applicable, maintaining organized records of service appointments, maintaining inventory of household supplies, monitoring the condition of the property while the owners are away and promptly communicating any concerns, running errands, maintaining vehicles, and occasional chauffeuring. Must be comfortable working in a home with three dogs (no pet care needed) and able to use spreadsheets, digital task lists, and property-management records. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to lift 40+ lbs, and a clean background check. Possible light travel. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm plus emergency on-call availability when principals are out of town. Salary: $DOE, PTO, and possible insurance stipend. Local candidates only.
