Live-In Caregiver/Companion/Family Assistant

Nannies and More…® International is seeking an exceptional Live-In Caregiver/Companion/Family Assistant for a warm, loving, and family-oriented household in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a long-term opportunity with a wonderful family who values loyalty, kindness, and professionalism—their previous caregiver was with them for 28 years.
About the Individual:
Care is for a 29-year-old young man with moderate autism. He is verbal, very sweet-natured, and engaging. While he can experience moments of aggression, the family is seeking a caregiver who is patient, intelligent, emotionally intuitive, and confident, with the ability to remain calm and effective in all situations, including emergencies.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Flexibility required
Family is open to relocation assistance for the right candidate
Primary Responsibilities
Companion care and supervision
Meal preparation (very simple meals)
Light housekeeping only:
Laundry
Making beds
Organization
Loading/unloading dishwasher
Taking out garbage
Pet care:
Feeding and assisting with the care of a small 10-pound dog
Supporting a calm, structured, and positive daily routine
Ability to respond appropriately in emergencies
Note: The household employs two housekeepers—no heavy housekeeping is required.
