Full-Charge Executive Housekeeper | UHNW Residence | Malibu, California
Quay Group are seeking an exceptional Full-Charge Executive Housekeeper for a UHNW principal based in Malibu.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to an experienced private household professional who takes genuine pride in maintaining luxury homes to exceptionally high standards.
The principal spends approximately four weeks of the year in residence and is accustomed to the standards of a highly formal London household. The successful candidate will therefore need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and confidence caring for luxury finishes, delicate items, antiques, silver, and fine household pieces.
The property is currently undergoing renovations and requires someone highly organised and proactive who can help bring structure, organisation, and calm to an evolving environment.
This is a sole housekeeper position involving:
- Full-charge housekeeping and household organisation
- Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and linen management
- Silver polishing and specialist care of delicate household items
- Managing household presentation and readiness at all times
- Assisting with organisation throughout renovation projects
- Coordinating household inventories and supplies
- Maintaining exceptionally high cleanliness and presentation standards independently
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy and must be comfortable managing the residence proactively without day-to-day oversight.
Strong preference for candidates with formal private household experience.
There may also be the opportunity to travel to London to train alongside the principal’s executive housekeeping team there.
