We are seeking an exceptional Director of Estate Operations to build, lead, and elevate a sophisticated private residential operation on Florida's Emerald Coast.

The next phase is focused on building a world class residential operating model-- creating the team, workflows, systems, and service standards required to deliver a seamless experience across multiple properties.

Exceptional estate operations require commitment, flexibility, and ownership. At the same time, we believe excellence comes from strong leadership, thoughtful planning, and effective systems, not constant unpredictability.
While flexibility is expected during speacial events, quest visits, and periods of increased activity, this role generally offers a more structured and predictable schedule than many comparable estate leadership positions. Extended or unpredictable hours onsite are the exception rather than the norm.
The residences are located within the same region, and the ideal candidate will live in a location that provides reasonable access (under an hour) to both properties.
