Position: Land-Based Chief Stew / Housekeeper

Location: Miami Beach, FL

Our client is seeking an experienced, professional, and discreet full-time Land-Based Chief Stew / Housekeeper to join their household in Miami Beach, Florida. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the home in a tidy condition while overseeing overall care of the household. This position is open to local candidates who prefer to live-out.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily in-home service and personal support to principals
• Manage household inventory, stocking, and supplies
• Handle laundry, wardrobe care, and personal errands
• Support the private chef with shopping, kitchen organization, and meal service
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Maintain overall cleanliness and order in collaboration with household staff
• Liaise with vendors and coordinate ad hoc projects as needed
• Uphold 5-star, discreet service standards at all times

Requirements:

• 7+ years in a similar role
• Highly discreet, professional, and proactive
• Willing to travel seasonally
• Strong, verifiable references
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Yacht industry experience a plus
