Payrate: $37.50 Per Hour + OT / $100,000 Annually

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am–5:00pm (47.5 Hours Per Week Guaranteed)

Our client in Golden, CO is seeking a long-term, dedicated Nanny to provide sole-charge care for their three children, ages 7, 4.5, and 2.5 years, supporting their daily routines, activities, and development in a nurturing and structured environment.
The nanny will be responsible for full care of the youngest child and after-school care for the two older children during the school year. During summer breaks and school holidays, the nanny will provide full care for all three children. Daily duties will include preparing healthy meals and snacks, assisting with family laundry, and managing light housekeeping tasks related to the children. The nanny will also be responsible for transportation to and from activities, help source playdates and enrichment opportunities, and actively plan age-appropriate outings and projects. Travel with the family will be 1-2 weeks annually. A strong understanding of child development and a proactive approach to supporting each child’s needs are essential.
The family has two small friendly dogs, so the nanny should be comfortable around pets. A family vehicle is available during work hours.
To ensure a smooth transition, nanny will shadow the family’s current nanny during the first week of employment for training.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of recent full-time nanny experience
• College degree (preferred)
• Professional Nanny and Childcare Provider (PNCP) certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of child development and experience with similar age groups
• Excellent childcare references
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid certification
