Full-Time Housekeeper / with childcare – Miami Beach

Role Summary

A private family in Miami Beach is seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper / Nanny to provide a combination of childcare support and household cleaning/management. The home is approximately 10,000 sq ft, and the successful candidate will work as part of an established household team of at least two staff. Both children attend school full-time, with most housekeeping duties carried out during school hours.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare

• Assist with morning routines (breakfast and school preparation)
• Prepare school lunches and at-home meals
• Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups (driving required; car provided)
• Supervise and engage in activities (confident swimmer required)

Household Duties (during school hours)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home
• Laundry and ironing
• Light meal and snack preparation
• Periodic deep cleaning of kitchen appliances and key areas
• Ensure common areas remain tidy and well-maintained

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in both housekeeping and nanny roles
• Experience with school-aged children
• Valid US state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid US work authorization
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently to a high standard
• Warm, discreet and keen to learn/improve
• Comfortable working within a private household with young children and a (midsized) dog
• Weekend flexibility required

Working Hours & Compensation

• Indicative working hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm, with a 1-hour break during the day
• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
