Position: House Manager / Deckhand

Location: Miami, FL & Hamptons, NY (seasonal travel)
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday
Compensation: DOE + Benefits

Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly professional and hands-on House Manager / Deckhand to support a UHNW family across a private yacht and multi-residence estate. This hybrid role combines household operations oversight with yacht support, requiring someone who is equally comfortable managing day-to-day property needs and assisting on the water.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general household operations, ensuring residences are maintained in pristine, guest-ready condition
• Support property upkeep, organization, and day-to-day logistics across multiple locations
• Assist with vendor coordination, household setup/breakdown, and weekend readiness
• Provide hands-on support with family logistics and occasional driving as needed
• Maintain and support daily operations of a 72’ yacht, including cleaning, detailing, and general upkeep
• Assist with docking, line handling, fueling, and ensuring overall vessel readiness
• Work collaboratively with household and marine teams to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold strict discretion, professionalism, and a service-driven mindset at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in private service, estate management, yachting, or luxury hospitality required
• Strong work ethic with a “no task too small” mentality
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a dynamic environment
• Clean driving record and confidence operating large vehicles
• Physically capable and adaptable
• Reliable, polished, and team-oriented
