Housekeeper & Laundress

An executive principal is seeking an experienced, polished, and detail-oriented Housekeeper and Laundress to support two luxury residences (7,000 sq. ft. and 14,000 sq. ft.). The ideal candidate brings exceptional laundry expertise, a positive high-energy approach, and the ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency in a dynamic household. They are organized, discreet, proactive, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Flexibility to travel between properties within the same day is required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-charge housekeeping and deep cleaning
• Expert-level laundry, ironing, wardrobe organization, and seasonal rotations with meticulous attention to detail and care for fine fabrics and garments
• Maintaining household supplies and grocery shopping
• Light meal prep and guest support
• Coordinating vendors and assisting with errands and pet care
• Expert care of fine furnishings, linens, antiques, and specialty surfaces

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in laundry and garment care with a keen eye for detail
• High energy, adaptable, and quick on their feet in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and long-term commitment
• Prior private home experience with verifiable references
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of luxury home standards and fabric/garment care
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm
• Flexibility and overtime required as needed

Compensation

• $48–$50 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Full benefits from day one, PTO, 401(k), and discretionary bonus
