This role supports the founder and CEO of one of the most ambitious tech companies in the world, an operator known for tackling high-stakes, high-complexity problems at global scale. A former elite competitor turned entrepreneur, the principal has built and exited multiple ventures across tech, crypto, and AI.
Based in Vancouver, he lives at the intersection of precision and pace: running a fast-moving company, traveling internationally, and raising three young children in a health-focused, high-performance household.
The environment is intense but intentional – designed for velocity, clarity, and zero drag. The right assistant will not only keep up, but bring leverage, speed, and discretion to every corner of life and work. If you're energized by the idea of making the complex feel seamless and the impossible feel routine, this is your platform.

What Sets You Apart
You’re someone who:
- Has achieved excellence in a domain, any domain – someone who has done the hard thing and got good at it and is likely to repeat that success in new contexts.
- Operates with kind curiosity: intellectually alive, behaviourally attuned, and endlessly resourceful.
- Understands the interconnectedness of knowledge and behaviour – whether through literature, history, systems, or logistics – and uses that lens to anticipate needs before they’re spoken.
- Thinks rigorously and acts fast. You make decisions the principal would make on the Margins – and then execute faster than he could himself.
This is a role for someone who sees behind the curtain, not just manages what’s in front.
