Wonderful family are seeking an exceptional, savvy Estate Director to support the Principal. The successful candidate will have experience in running large, fine homes and posses a broad knowledge of hospitality, event planning and execution, systems property/project management, along with a proven track record of successful staff and vendor management, including continued training.
This person will function in a manner that protects the investment in the property, ensuring that the residences, their contents and systems are properly managed and maintained, while providing outstanding personal service to the family.
Experience must include:-
• Must be able to deliver exceptional service to the family and guests.
• Understanding of smart home systems
• Property and project management experience and understanding
• Strong administration skills
• Knowledge of all service standards
• Ensuring property is well maintained
• Strong staff management skills
• Exceptional personal relation skills
• Previous longevity in roles essential
