A long-established Austin family with two aging principals seeks a full-time House Manager to serve as the operational anchor across their primary residence and secondary property in San Saba, TX.
The household includes evolving health dynamics. A full-time caregiving team is in place, and this is not a medical or hands-on care position. Rather, the House Manager will provide operational leadership, staff coordination, and thoughtful continuity to ensure the home remains calm, prepared, and seamlessly managed.
The house is staffed with a housekeeper, private chef, houseman, and dedicated care team for a principal (Mr.) with dementia, so this role is ideal for a seasoned professional who takes pride in creating systems that prevent reactivity, leads with quiet excellence, understands that the highest level of service creates effortless calm and readiness, and has a no-ego approach.
