In this role, you will work closely with the Travel Manager in travel administration duties, calendaring, and coordination within the existing travel program. A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a highly detail-oriented environment while delivering top-tier service is a must for this position. This is an entry level (2-4 yrs) position for someone who is innately organized, detail oriented, who is proficient in administrative tools such Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Outlook and task management. Must be able to keep up with constantly changing logistics and aide in keeping key stakeholders and documents up to date as changes occur. An interest in travel arrangements or some experience in arranging travel is a bonus. Prior experience working for a high-net worth or C-suite level client and a familiarity with private aviation is a big plus.

This position is based in Austin, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one remote workday per week. While this position works a standard schedule Monday through Friday, flexibility is needed to handle frequent last-minute travel adjustments outside of normal business hours, such as unexpected weather-related cancellations or delays.
