Domestic Staffing Consultant / Placement Specialist
Seeking an experienced Domestic Staffing Consultant to help recruit and identify an exceptional full-time Housekeeper/Cook for a private household.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience successfully placing domestic staff and be able to find trustworthy, experienced, and highly qualified candidates for private homes.
The consultant will be responsible for sourcing candidates through online platforms, conducting an initial interview/screening, and submitting a minimum of five qualified resumes per day for second-round interviews with the family as well as organizing the interviews.
Compensation is $50/hour for candidate search and recruiting work. A bonus will be provided upon successful hiring of the right candidate.
