A UHNW family is seeking a highly polished, detail-oriented Estate & Interiors Manager for their East Hampton residence.

This is not a traditional, facilities-focused Estate Manager role. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for design, aesthetics, and presentation, with a sophisticated understanding of how a luxury home should look, feel, and function.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall presentation, ambiance, and aesthetic of the residence
• Maintain the highest standards across interiors, décor, lighting, furnishings, landscaping, and seasonal presentation
• Ensure the home is impeccably prepared for the principals and guests
• Oversee household service standards and coordinate with staff and outside vendors
• Partner with designers, contractors, landscapers, florists, and other vendors on projects and installations
• Anticipate the principals’ preferences and proactively maintain an elevated, cohesive environment
• Support entertaining, events, and seasonal transitions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in UHNW private residences, luxury hospitality, high-end interiors, staging, or a similar environment
• Exceptional taste and a highly refined eye for detail and aesthetics
• Strong service instincts and an understanding of luxury hospitality
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills
• Discretion, emotional intelligence, polish, and impeccable judgment
• The ability to work seamlessly with principals, household staff, designers, and vendors
