Schedule: Monday–Friday, Live-Out
Compensation: $40–$55/hour (based on experience)

Overview
A warm, busy family in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper to maintain a beautifully run, well-organized home. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who takes pride in their work, has excellent time management skills, and is comfortable in a staffed household with young children and a dog.
The home is approximately 10,000 sq. ft., and the family values discretion, efficiency, and someone who can truly “read the room.”
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Care
• Full-charge housekeeping: daily upkeep and deep cleaning
• Expert care of fine fabrics, linens, and clothing (hand-washing, delicates, cold washes)
• Full family laundry, including pressing and beautifully made beds (five-star hotel level)
• Organizing closets, cabinets, and assisting with unboxing and settling in after a recent move
• Polishing furniture and preparing the home seasonally (including summer prep)
• Maintaining household organization and cleanliness at all times
Children (Support Role Only)
• Children ages: 3.5, 5.5, and 8 months
• Occasionally helping with older children only when needed (e.g., nanny illness or vacation)
• Comfortable driving children to activities if required
• Must genuinely enjoy being around kids
Dog Care
• Letting the dog out, feeding, administering medication
• Taking the dog to vet appointments as needed
• Light pet care only (no grooming)
Errands & Household Support
• Grocery shopping (a car will be provided on Fridays for errands)
• Running household errands as needed
• Light food prep (e.g., chopping vegetables in a pinch)
• Occasional assistance when mom needs extra support
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper in a private home
• Strong knowledge of fine laundry care and fabric handling
• Excellent time management and ability to create and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable working in a home with children and other staff
• Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Minimal phone use during work hours (except emergencies)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Trustworthy, kind, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable

Additional Notes
• No travel required
