Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 30328 (with local travel to West Midtown and Buckhead when needed)

Hours: 15 hours per week guaranteed

Schedule: Flexible; ideally 3-4 days per week during daytime hours, Tuesday to Friday preferred

Position Overview:

Our client, a busy entrepreneur and single parent, is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Family & Business Assistant to provide hands-on support across both her household and growing fitness locations.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role best suited for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and can execute tasks efficiently with minimal direction. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through.

The right fit will be comfortable supporting a direct, high-expectation principal and able to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and operate with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities: *Please note, not all will happen at once*

Business & Administrative Support:

  • In charge of bringing deliveries from the home to studio locations
  • Manage and organize email inbox, including sorting and drafting responses
  • Maintain digital files, documents, and internal systems
  • Assist with studio inventory tracking and organization
  • Support light recruiting efforts (posting roles, initial resume sorting, interview coordination)
  • Coordinate marketing materials and in-studio collateral (printing, distribution, setup)
  • Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and light event support for studio operations when needed
  • Ad-hoc to-do list projects

Personal & Executive Support:

  • Manage personal and family calendar, including scheduling appointments and activities for primary and her son
  • Vendor research and presenting options, coordination, and oversight in the home when needed
  • Research for various needs
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and general household coordination
  • Schedule appointments for dogs (groomers, vet)

Household & Lifestyle Support:

  • Run errands (returns, dry cleaning, package drop-offs, grocery shopping, etc.)
  • Maintain overall household order through light tidying and daily resets (loading/unloading the dishwasher, swiffer dusting the floor)
  • Oversee vendor access and appointments within the home
  • Assist with home organization projects (closets, storage, resale of items, etc.)
  • Support small event planning (birthdays, holidays, etc.)
  • Assist with occasional meal prep (nice to have)
  • Occasional pet care - taking dogs for a walk etc.
  • Ad-hoc to-do list projects

Compensation: $38-$44/hour, with final compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role supporting a private household, entrepreneur, or small business
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and navigating a multi-level home
  • Comfortable working in a home with multiple dogs
  • NDA Required
