Lovely UHNW family is seeking a professional live-out Chief of Staff to work in Palm Beach Gardens, FL home. Must be flexible to work summers in the Hamptons and NJ periodically. Must have experience managing multiple high-end homes and a large staff. Responsibilities include: hire, train and supervise staff across a variety of functions (administrative support, property management, childcare, food service, cleaning and transportation), manage special events and projects, act as principal's representative for major construction and renovation projects, develop and implement policies and employee manuals, create and oversee budgets for each home, authorize bills, manage vendors and negotiate contracts. Ideal candidate is experienced, a team player, hardworking, easygoing, discreet, proactive and understands urgency. Must have a college degree, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, and a “can do” attitude. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and have 24/7 availability. Salary $200k-$225k DOE, bonus, health insurance, PTO and 401k. Local candidates only.
