A private family is seeking a polished, experienced, and highly reliable Part-Time Housekeeper for a residence on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private household service and take pride in creating and maintaining a beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-organized home.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will understand the importance of discretion, consistency, and attention to detail when working in a private family residence.

Ensure the residence is consistently maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation

Complete all routine and deep-cleaning responsibilities throughout the home

Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all rooms and surfaces using appropriate products and techniques

Properly care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, and specialty finishes

Handle household laundry, ironing, steaming, and other clothing care as needed

Make beds, change linens, and prepare bedrooms and guest spaces

Keep closets, pantries, and storage areas neat, orderly, and well maintained

Assist with household preparations before guests and special events, as well as post-event cleanup

Monitor household supplies and communicate when items need to be replenished

Work cooperatively with other household staff and vendors as needed

Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the family and their personal affairs

At least 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private home, luxury residence, hotel, estate, or similar setting

Previous experience in UHNW or high-profile private households is strongly preferred

Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently without constant supervision
