Part-time Private Driver
Location: Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 1pm
Hourly rate: $40 – $42/hour….depending on experience
The client has requested that applicants live in the 5 boroughs only. If you live farther, please do not apply as the client wants someone who lives close to Midtown Manhattan.
A private family based in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Driver. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, discreet, and provides safe and dependable transportation. You are free to drive the family car or your own car.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Errands
- Provide safe, professional transportation for family members in the area.
- Drop their son off at school on the UES, drop mom off to work in the garment district and drive the grandmother to appointments and shopping.
- Watch their son when there is an evening event.
- Run household and personal errands when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Prior experience working in a private household, estate, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
- Must be willing to work extended hours when needed.
- Verifiable professional references required.
