Lovely family is seeking an experienced, part-time Handyman to maintain their Fort Lauderdale, FL home. Ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and discreet. Must be able to handle a wide range of household maintenance tasks that include performing general home repairs, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pressure cleaning, conducting routine maintenance and preventive inspections, troubleshooting issues promptly, maintaining outdoor areas, including minor landscaping and upkeep, and coordinating with external contractors when specialized work is required. Must have solid knowledge of general home maintenance systems and a service-oriented attitude. Family has one small dog and one cat. Can work any two days per week, daily rate DOE (paid via 1099), no benefits.
