We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Concierge Estate & House Manager to work on our fractional estate management team, with the utmost attention to detail, service, and confidentiality. This individual must be technically savvy, solutions-oriented, and possess a "no task too small" mindset—equally comfortable managing high-level estate projects as they are stepping in to support day-to-day personal or household tasks.
Estate Management:
Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of the primary residences and any secondary properties for clients in tHE DMV Area
Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, landscapers, and housekeeping staff.
Schedule and manage all home systems: HVAC, security, smart home technologies, AV systems, and IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure standards are upheld.
Personal Concierge Services:
Provide high-level personal assistance including calendar coordination, travel planning, event management, and personal shopping.
Run errands and manage deliveries with efficiency and discretion.
Serve as primary point of contact for all household and guest-related needs.
Administrative:
Maintain detailed household manuals, inventories, and vendor lists.
Manage household schedules and staff rosters as needed.
Technology & Smart Home Integration:
Troubleshoot and manage smart home systems (e.g., Crestron, Lutron, Nest, Sonos, etc.).
Coordinate tech-related setups and maintenance, from internet and security systems to remote workstations and home entertainment systems.
Hospitality & Discretion:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Deliver five-star hospitality experiences whether hosting an intimate dinner or preparing for VIP guests.
Preferred experience in a similar role within a high-net-worth private household or luxury hospitality setting.
Technically savvy with confidence in managing smart home systems and digital tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Impeccable judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
Hands-on, proactive, and flexible; no task is too small or too big.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Previous experience in both estate management and personal assistant roles.
Background in luxury hospitality or service industry.
Familiarity with luxury brands, concierge-level service standards, and high expectations environments.
Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first attitude.
